We are looking for an energetic and articulate Tele caller Executive to join our growth team at Precision Aluminium Extrusion. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients, architectural consultants, fabricators, and industrial buyers. Your primary focus will be initiating outreach, pitching our custom aluminium extrusion profiles and manufacturing capabilities, generating qualified leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Position Summary

• Location: Mira Road East, Mumbai
• Working Hours / Days: Standard Business Hours (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Make outbound sales/lead generation calls to prospective clients, business partners, and industrial buyers across target markets.
• Client Engagement: Clearly present and explain company profile, products, and extrusion capabilities to potential clients.
• Lead Qualification: Identify customer requirements, qualify leads, and coordinate with the internal sales team to schedule follow-ups or quote submissions.
• Database Management: Maintain and update daily call logs, lead status, customer feedback, and contact databases accurately.
• Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with existing inquiries and past clients to nurture leads and secure repeat inquiries.
• Customer Support: Handle inbound client inquiries professionally and direct technical queries to the appropriate sales managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer service (experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B sales is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills along with proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati/Marathi (preferred).
• Skills: Strong phone etiquette, persuasive communication, and active listening abilities.
• Technical Familiarity: basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/spreadsheets for tracking calls and leads.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / Diploma in Engineering is a plus).
• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, industrial products, building materials, metals, or manufacturing (Fresher with strong communication skills may apply).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi (Marathi is a bonus).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email drafting, WhatsApp for Business).
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mind-set.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Mira Road, Bhayandar, Dahisar, Borivali, or nearby Western Line suburbs preferred.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and articulate HR Executive to join Precision Aluminium Extrusion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance/payroll coordination, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and interpersonal abilities to foster a productive, positive work environment across our office and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screens for various roles (Sales, Telecaller, Technical, and Administrative).
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate candidate onboarding, prepare appointment letters, conduct orientation sessions for new hires, and manage exit formalties and exit interviews.
• Employee Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, policy clarifications, internal announcements, and dispute resolution.
• Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintain daily attendance registers, track leaves, and coordinate with management/accounting for monthly payroll processing.
• HR Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee personnel files, track documentation, and assist with basic HR compliance and policy implementation.
• Employee Engagement: Organize staff activities, foster positive workplace dynamics, and support performance evaluation reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role (experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with fluent proficiency in Hindi (knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati is a plus).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, active listening, and people management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/portals.
